I'm giving this place 5 stars for Sarah not Miguel he gave horrible service he was rude and didn't say hello and we also tipped him thinking his attitude would change. I would like to thank Sarah for the excellent service she provided to me I was in happy to hear how my friend was treated but after talking to Sarah I realized there are nice people in this world. Top notch service. I had a popped tire and had to pull off the freeway in Pomona. Called Triple A and S&J came to the rescue. Some of these bad reviews are so petty. I would highly recommend this company but of course, you can't expect perfection from any company.

been awhile since i needed help for car stuff. my family was adamant against me changing a battery n to have a pro do it...so i called AAA. they connected me with s&j towing and gave me a 45min window. about 30mins in, i received a call from their dispatch, i didnt get her name, but she was readily available (called her several times) for my concerns and timeframe. i also felt she really cared for me and my safety even after i had to cancel their service (because AAA gave them the wrong info on my car and ended up not having the correct battery for my car). with her advice, along with autozone, friends n family...i gained enough confidence to swap the battery myself! (even though i do vaguely recall being electrocuted about 15 years ago from the last time i swapped a car battery myself). called dispatch lady after the task was done n she gave me a cheer!...so yah, didnt actually get service done, but her support was enough inspiration for this review. lil tip: wait for your service company to contact you if requesting service through AAA. they will give you actual n accurate timeframes (unlike AAA).
